Swyft Fiber’s Customer Referral Program

1. Program Overview

Swyft Fiber (“Swyft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers current customers the opportunity to earn a $50 gift card by referring new residential fiber internet customers (“Referred Customers”) to Swyft Fiber services through the Swyft Fiber Customer Referral Program (“Program”). The Referred Customer (“referee”) may also earn a $50 gift card when they sign up online via the Referring Customer’s unique link.

2. Eligibility

• Referrers must be current Swyft Fiber residential customers.
• Referred Customers must be new to Swyft Fiber, have no active account within the past 90 days, and reside within Swyft Fiber’s service area.
• All participants must agree to the terms of the Program, such as;
  • Agree to receive Swyft Fiber referral communications
  • To share your link with the contacts you choose
• Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States.

3. How It Works

1. Referrers may enroll in the Program here.
2. Once enrolled, the Referrer will receive a referral link customized with their username
3. The Referrer can share their link with friends via social media, email, or text.
4. Anyone clicking the custom link will be directed to the enrollment page to sign up
5. For both the Referrer and Referree to receive the $50 Gift Card, the Referree must successfully order Swyft Fiber services
6. Once the Referred Customer’s service is installed, active, and in good standing, both parties will receive their $50 Gift Card
7. The Referree must be:
   1. In good standing with Swyft Fiber, and not have canceled services in the past 90 days
   2. Eligible to receive services from Swyft Fiber
   3. Referrals must be submitted before the Referred Customer activates service

4. Rewards

• The standard reward is a $50 Gift Card.
• The card is earned once the qualified Referree becomes a Swyft Customer after a successful installation.
• Swyft Fiber may modify reward amounts or structures at any time.
• There is currently no limit on the number of Gift Cards customers may receive
• Swyft Fiber employees, contractors, and their immediate family members ARE eligible to participate.

5. Prohibited Activity

• Self-referrals: using one’s own link to make a purchase.
• “Bad faith” referrals: creating fake accounts or bogus profiles to simulate referrals.
• Spamming, bulk emailing, or posting links on commercial coupon/deal sites (e.g., RetailMeNot) is strictly prohibited.
• Swyft Fiber reserves the right to put a hold on rewards if an investigation into fraudulent activity is conducted, and to forgo payout is abuse is identified.

6. Restrictions

• This Program cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount programs.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited, as are “bad faith” referrals (e.g., fake accounts, bots.
• Referrals made through fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or incentive abuse will be disqualified.

7. Limitations and Modifications

Swyft Fiber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals made prior to termination will still be honored, provided they are in compliance with these terms. All decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are final.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during this Program will be handled in accordance with the Swyft Fiber Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Swyft Fiber and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation in this Program or receipt of any reward.
