Had some issues getting installed due to an improper installation at the node near the road. They also never came to bury my line after that and I ended up running it over with the lawnmower when my grass had grown over and around it. I called to let them know and they came out and replaced and buried it pretty quickly. Still had to call them back after a week of still no connection at the modem. Ryan, their mainline service technician came out today and got the signal running to the box. What was really awesome was that instead of having to schedule another service call to complete the installation that was never able to be completed the first time around, he and his supervisor, Joey, were able to get everything activated today. So for the record, Ryan and Joey get 5 stars for going above and beyond in my eyes.  Swift installation and customer service only gets 4 stars. It took a couple months to get it installed but I understand i live in the woods, but Clancey keeped in contact with the whole time and was very understanding of my time and was able to install my internet for me on a Saturday, once Clancey and his crew came they were amazing they were very professional and got it done quickly.
